The Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA), the world’s oldest and largest association of racquet sports teaching professionals, has signed a formal partnership agreement with Cliff Drysdale Tennis (CDT) and Peter Burwash International (PBI) to collaborate and share content across educational platforms designed to enhance the education of racquet sports professionals and coaches worldwide.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to growing the racquet sports industry through collaboration and meaningful engagement. CDT/PBI and RSPA will share industry knowledge, expand professional development opportunities, and support each other’s key initiatives—including the growth of Padel in the United States and joint educational programs and conferences. By aligning their expertise and resources, the organizations aim to elevate racquet sports programming and operations worldwide. In addition, RSPA members will gain access to CDT/PBI’s network of travel opportunities and exclusive travel benefits.
“Partnering with RSPA represents a major advancement not only for CDT and PBI, but for the racquets industry as a whole,” said CDT/PBI President and CEO Scott McCulloch. “This mutual collaboration will provide coaches and professionals with insights from industry leaders, ultimately elevating the racquet sports experience for players, facilities, and communities alike.”
“At the RSPA, everything we do is about supporting the professionals who grow this sport every day,” said RSPA CEO Brian Dillman. “Partnering with CDT and PBI allows us to bring even more high‑quality education, resources, and opportunities to our members. This collaboration strengthens the entire racquet sports community and ensures coaches have the tools they need to thrive.”
The partnership will also feature RSPA-developed content within Racquet Works, CDT/PBI’s comprehensive educational platform created to support racquet sports coaches and facilities worldwide.
